Returns and full warranty to work

• For webshop shipments theres 30 days return possibility for all unopened and unused products
• Consoles and controllers have usually one or two years of manufacturers warranty. Usual working warranty is 2 years, if handled properly.
• Used games have a full 30 days working warranty.
• New consolegames have an 90-days working warranty by manufacturer
• For all confirmed returns we will pay all postage fees!

Returns & Warranty

Unused and unopened products can be returned without contact within 14 days.
If the product has been tested, the product packaking is opened or the products doesnt work - or you want to use the full 30 days return time, please send information about the problem or call: [email protected] or +358-3-7515151

If product is faulty or it does not work:
- Before returning a product - check the manual, product box once more and see if theres any help online or through manufacturer to get the product working. - Googlella might help with various product problems!

Packing instructions::

- Make sure the product is safe to ship and it doesnt get any damage during transfer. Mark the parcel properly with return and senders address details and all other necessary infoarmtion.
- Attach a note to the return about the problem or reason of return and your contact details. Also add details how you want the return handled, for instance new product, payment return or return through gift voucher.
- When returning the parcel through Finnish post, please verify the return with customer servicers at return points

If a product goes kaput during warranty and its a product fault, not user fault - please contact us before return!
