Gates of the Citadel is the first monthly Chapter Pack for the Secrets of Oldtown expansion to A Game of Thrones: The Card Game. The never-before-seen cards in this expansion were designed to augment existing decks and add variety to the A Game of Thrones metagame. This exciting new expansion features 3 copies each of 20 new and unique cards.

As the first Chapter Pack of the Secrets of Oldtown cycle, Gates of the Citadel introduces the versatile Maester trait in force by way of characters like Oldtown Advisor and Leyton Hightower and support cards like At the Gates and The Maester's Path. As Maesters serve all the lords of Westeros - with their own agenda, to be sure - each House will find Maesters that can be integrated into various decks and strategies.

This Chapter Pack begins a new era of intrigues and power plays featuring the learned Maesters of Oldtown that will challenge and excite new players as well as veterans of the game.
