Diamonds - 2nd Edition is a trick-taking card game in which players collect Diamonds — not cards bearing that suit, mind you, but rather actual "Diamond Crystals" (acrylic crystals) included in the game. What makes the game of Diamonds - 2nd Edition different from other trick-taking card games is that when you cannot follow suit you get a "Suit Action" based on what suit you do play.

Diamonds - 2nd Edition features the same great components and gameplay as in the original edition, but now with updated graphic design plus more stunning Art Deco stying utilizing metallic gold and silver inks.

Diamonds - 2nd Edition also includes the rules and component for "The Thief" mini-expansion, which was formerly only available from other sources.
