Round 1: Planetfall - Get Some!
Army size: 500p Combat Patrol
Deployment: Dawn of War
Objective: Kill points, objective in the center of the table confers additional 2 Kill points.
Mission special rules: Any unit may use Deep strike but suffers -1 to any Reserve rolls.
Winner receives a tactical joker card, which they may use later on during the campaign.
War factories
- +1 Heavy support choice OR Armour value 34 Vehicle for Combat patrol.
Artillery trenches
- Preliminary bombardment OR -1 penalty to the opponents reserve rolls.
Intelligence agency
- One troop unit may Outflank OR One Elite unit may Deep Strike.
Round 2: Reconnaissance - Easy now lads...
Army size: 500p
Deployment: Spearhead
Objective: Table quarters. Opposing quarter worth of 2 Kill points, others 1. In case of draw, count Kill points for units.
Mission special rules: Infiltrate, Deep strike
Nightfall OPs: Strategy roll-off before the game. Winner may choose the game to be played with Night Fight rules.
Round 3: Sabotage - Send in the Elite
Army size: 750p Combat patrol
Deployment: Raid
Mission special rules: Deep strike
Objective: 2 Objectives. Determine attacker and defender. Each attackers scoring unit carries explosives which can be used to destroy the objectives guarded by the defender.
To destroy the target the Scoring unit must remain in contact with it one complete turn without doing anything in the move- shoot- and assault phases. The objective may not be assaulted with extra charge move.
Raid Deployment: Place two objectives on the center line of the table within 12" of each other. Defender deploys his army first so that no unit is closer than 12" to any of the long table edges. Attackers forces arrive on turn 1 from a random long table edge.
First Blood Advantage: Winner of the previous round gets +1 on the roll-off to determine which one of the players is the attacker. Greater score may pick the role.
Round 4: Tip of the Spear - Storm the Front!
Army size: 750
Deployment: Standard 12"
Mission special rules: Deep strike, Infiltrate, 4+ Night Fight
Objective: Kill points. Enemy deployment zone counts as objective that confers additional 3 Kill points.
Lunar Rage: Known as the Rage of Gods by the natives of the planet, it's natural forces are an enormous challenge to the armies waging war upon it. Although the Planet's National Guard is equipped with rebreathers and protective uniforms to face the ruthless conditions, all troops that have arrived on Lunar Prime's surface don't have access to such gear. Seismic eruptions, gas clouds, infernal snowstorms, lava fields and menacing caves underneath the dunes bring their own elements to the warfare.
- All units with 2+ save always move as in Difficult terrain.
- If units move by Turbo boost, they must test for dangerous terrain after their move.
- In case the Night fight rules are in effect the visual range is 2D6x2 instead of 2D6x3
- Table must include a central terrain piece of Dangerous terrain (Lava field, Predatory plant, Kraken pond or such...)
Winner gets access to precious additional reserve on the next round.
Round 5: Trenches in Flames - Move move move!
Army size: 1000
Deployment: Spearhead
Objective: Buildings. Attacker must break the defence and conquer the facilities manned by the defender. Three objectives (each on different table quarter) that have to be controlled with scoring units.
Mission special rules: Deep Strike, Infiltrate
Raid Reserves: Winner of the previous round is automatically the attacker as they have breached the enemy lines in the previous mission. The attackers Army list may include 1250 points, but at least fifth of the total points cost has to arrive from Reserves.
Sector Administration: The Defender has control over the sector and is well prepared to the oncoming assault. Missions Deployment as in Spearhead, but Defender automatically deploys in a quarter with building meaning he controls one objective from the start.
Kierros 6: Lunar Prime - The Face of War
Army size: 1500
Deployment: Standard 12"
Objective: 5 Objectives.
Mission special rules: Deep Strike, Infiltrate
